Kali A. Betts was born and raised in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Kali attended Oklahoma City University, where she obtained an undergraduate degree in political science with a minor in philosophy. During her time in undergrad, she presented research on international politics at multiple research conferences and volunteered at the Oklahoma Innocence Project. After receiving her bachelors, Kali went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma City University's Meinders School of Business and a Juris Doctorate from Oklahoma City University School of Law. Kali is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association and specializes in business formations as well as estate and asset protection planning.

Michael A. Betts was born and raised in Oklahoma City and graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2007. As a member of the Texas and Oklahoma Bar Associations, Michael has served as the Chief Executive Officer and General Counsel for several healthcare and non-healthcare companies, guiding all phases of their business. Michael specializes in corporate and business transactions for any business owner, whether it's a dentist or physician buying or selling a practice or an entrepreneur needing to set up a new LLC. Michael helps small businesses with all their real estate and business transaction needs from their initial structuring to their eventual sale. Beyond the transaction, Michael assists individuals with their personal estate and asset protection planning to ensure that they leave a lasting legacy for their family.

Ujala Virani serves as Of Counsel at Tailored Transaction, where she focuses her practice on Business Planning and Estate Planning. With a passion for providing practical, thoughtful legal solutions, Ujala is dedicated to helping clients protect what matters most—whether that means forming a new business venture or creating a legacy through careful estate planning. Ujala brings a unique combination of experiences to her role. She previously worked for the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals and has practiced in family law, giving her a well-rounded perspective on the legal needs of individuals and families. Her diverse legal background allows her to approach each matter with both technical precision and emotional intelligence. Ujala earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Southern Methodist University, where she also pursued minors in History, Philosophy, and Women and Gender Studies. She later earned her law degree at Oklahoma City University and has since been deeply committed to serving her community with integrity, clarity, and care. Sawmon Y. Davani is a dedicated civil litigator with a diverse professional background and a deep passion for helping people navigate complex legal issues. His career began long before law school, shaped by a decade of experience as a landman in both Appalachia and Oklahoma, where he gained hands-on expertise in title research, leasing, mineral rights acquisitions, and team leadership. After graduating from the University of Oklahoma in 2009 with a B.B.A. in Business Management and a minor in Chemistry, Mr. Davani attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law. During law school, he volunteered with the Oklahoma Corporation Commission and interned with the University’s International Faculty and Sta Services department—further enriching his understanding of administrative and regulatory frameworks. Throughout his legal career, Mr. Davani has handled a wide range of civil matters, including highstakes litigation and a notable Section 1983 civil rights case that resulted in a nearly $1 million settlement for his client. While he is well-versed in a variety of legal areas, civil litigation remains his core focus. He is known for his ability to navigate intricate legal problems, build strong relationships with clients, and uncover the critical details that drive successful outcomes. Mr. Davani is a people person at heart—he thrives on client interaction, problem-solving, and the opportunity to counsel others.
